Cuti has called on its members to elect the authorities that will lead the organisation for the next two years. The elections will take place on Wednesday 29 June, between 09:00 and 17:00 hours, and to participate it is necessary to register on the electoral roll.
So far, the only candidate for the presidency of the Chamber is Álvaro Lamé, founder and CEO of Netgate, founder and director of Epistele.com, and co-founder of eXpand, who already headed the Chamber between 2009 and 2012. The deadline for registering lists is Tuesday 21, so other options are not ruled out.
Those who have joined Cuti before 10 June, provided they are registered on the electoral roll before 21 June, may vote and be eligible to stand for election, with one vote per company being accepted. If more than one list is presented, the next president will be the candidate of the option with the highest number of votes.
