The Uruguayan IT industry has grown exponentially in recent years. Today it employs some 15,000 people, has an annual turnover of more than one billion dollars and exports to 52 countries. However, it still faces important challenges to take off definitively. How is the state of the sector? What are the strengths and weaknesses to develop ICTs from Uruguay?
