The students of the 2018 Generation of the b_IT Programme are currently working on their 1st year final project, in which they will apply the knowledge acquired in this first stage. It is very important for the students' training process that these projects can be analysed and evaluated by leading professionals from the IT industry.
Group projects
Students will develop a team project in which they will have to solve a problem or situation in their locality, applying the knowledge of the different courses.
The project groups were formed according to the students' place of residence, in three regions:
- SOUTH: Canelones and Montevideo
- NORTHEAST: Cerro Largo, Durazno, Florida, Lavalleja, Maldonado, Rivera, Rocha, Tacuarembó and Treinta y Tres.
- LITORAL: Artigas, Colonia, Flores, Paysandú, Río Negro, Salto, San José and Soriano.
Regional meetings
There will be three meetings for the presentation and validation of projects to be held at the following places, dates and times:
- SUR Meeting: Kibón Avanza - Montevideo on Friday 5 April from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- NORTHEAST Meeting: ITR UTEC - Durazno on Friday 3 May from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- LITORAL Meeting: AFE Cultural Centre - Cologne on Friday 10 May from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
