ANIMA is a privately run educational institution with free access. It has a comprehensive training proposal aimed at enhancing the human and professional development of young people who are in a situation of social vulnerability, providing the necessary tools for, among others, the strengthening of links with the world of work.
It is based on the German dual training system, which recognizes work as a learning space. Young people study and work at the same time through training practices in companies, promoting educational continuity and their future quality employment.
Currently, after 3 years of operation, ÁNIMA has 53 Training Companies, who have committed to be part of the training of young people, receiving them in the companies, assigning tasks coordinated with ÁNIMA in line with their training and designating a tutor as a referent in charge of the training in the company.
The aforementioned agreement establishes that ÁNIMA will make contributions to the construction of the design and implementation in dual training and INEFOP will support with 71 scholarships in 2019 for dual training in the orientations of Information Technology and Communication and Administration.
At the signing of the agreement, the results of the implementation of the training practices in the framework of Dual Training, obtained in the agreement previously signed in 2017, will be shown.
