CONSU MAN is now available to optimise asset performance through maintenance and efficient resource management. Inzol, the consulting firm specialised in improving industrial and logistics processes by incorporating technology, is the exclusive representative in Uruguay.

The software has a full web-based, modern and easy-to-use management system that reduces costs by making efficient use of human and material resources. It facilitates having an updated inventory of all assets and planning the preventive and predictive maintenance of each critical component. Other functionalities include managing the stock of spare parts and consumables, not only to make spare parts available in a timely manner, but also to plan purchases in advance and more economically.

In addition, you can work from mobile devices to generate requests using barcode or QR technology, directly in the field, without paper, both online and offline. In case of no connectivity, the data will be uploaded to the mobile phone and then updated on the system's server once connected. It also allows you to receive alarms and alerts to your smartphone, for example for maintenance activities set in the calendar.

The software is adapted and optimised for five areas: industries, vehicle fleets, hospitals, building infrastructures (e.g. hotels) and service companies. Each application area has developed different functionalities focused on the required needs.

"We believe that the partnership will bring a lot of value to all companies that want to make the technological leap and optimise their asset management with a cost-effective and easy-to-use software," said Fernanda Ferreira, director of Inzol.

CONSU MAN is present in almost all of Latin America with more than 25 partners and can be integrated into any ERP platform.
