The main South American players in the technology industry will meet this Sunday in Punta del Este for the X edition of the Punta Tech Meetup, an event designed to "exchange ideas, strengthen ties in the sector and promote business opportunities". The experience will bring together operators, investors and experts of this industry, with the support -one more year- of the Investment and Export Promotion Institute, Uruguay XXI, through the sector brand Uruguay Smart Services, at the Atchugarry Foundation.
According to the Secretariat of Institutional Communication of the Presidency, Uruguay is a provider of high quality solutions, the main software exporter per person in South America and the third in absolute terms. The portal said that in this edition of the festival - which last year brought together 1,000 people - Uruguay will be specially promoted as a developer of information technology solutions of high international standards.
