Leadership Skills Development Program

This year we are launching again our Leadership Skills Program oriented to, Referents, PMs and Managers of the sector.

The objective of this program is first of all, to be able to incorporate clear and precise concepts about the behaviors that lead the Leader to achieve a clear legitimacy within a team.

Once the concepts have been worked on and analyzed from a personal perspective and with a focus on the concrete realities of each participant, we contribute to the generation of new experiences: involving the day to day work in the learning process.

It is a cycle of 4 workshops, with topics oriented to the development of leadership skills, established in Technology teams.

We know the dynamics of the teams, as well as their needs and therefore, we are certain and we have proven that this program is a tool to strengthen leadership in companies.
